Anyone have problems with docs on 888??

They just stopped my account in a few days and say that I have to send my docs, I dont even have play any or put money or win bonus.
if someone have the same problem and can help me please.

Just do what they say! Send your documents. Every room must to verify their clients. Anyone have problems with docs on 888??

and yes, everyone who play online must to do this.

And yet i have never done it there & havent had any problems because of it either ?!?

Hello I have the same problem and it has been three months with this I sent the documents, driving license, the validation system is very bad, it really leaves a lot to be desired, sadly I had to lose my bank roll and my investment in time and money, POKERSTAR THE BEST AWAY !!! Anyone have problems with docs on 888??

All your accounts are unverified? What about if you are not 18+?

More like 888 is the only one where it's not verified Anyone have problems with docs on 888??

E: remember that once one local site only asked for documents after giving me 500€ bonus so maybe 888 shares same mindset

888 Support for identification will require you to have a standard set of documents, which consists of: Passport or other document that confirms your identity. The document must indicate your name, surname, address of registration and date of birth. This is done once. and no problem with transferring money to your account

Simply, mail your valid documents to 888. It might be possible to take time in verification of the documents because of Covid situation but sooner or later you will be a verified client.

As many have said, account verification is a standard procedure followed by all regulated poker sites. The only solution is to send the requested documents.

I send and they didnt answer me, I have no idea what to do. I just logon on first day and all olay, after that I could not open my account on the 888 poker and stay without it until today.

Just send the documents they required. If they don't answer you, just email to ask them if there is a problem. Normally, they will answer you in 2 or 3 days.
