Have played 3 of the headhunter SNGs at Jetset in a week and they are a fun event. Along with a payout for top 3 places, each player has a cash bounty on their head based on some sort of ranking system. I've won 2 of these and on the third I took out a guy with a $7 bounty so made $2 even though I finished on the bubble. Just thought I'd mention this as it's a change of pace from the normal SNG fare. Haven't played the rings there yet but may give it a shot later in the week. Software looks OK, no connection problems. Based on the posts about Noble going down and connection problems (although I haven't had any), I cashed out this morning and left just enough to play the next few buy-ins...

I'll give them a go - I've cashed out a lot of Noble this morning. Another tournament crashed just after start (Grumbledook was playing as well) and it was impossible to get back in. Just don't trust site any more, which is a shame as competition is quite soft. I'm also going to try UB or party poker.

My Dad was telling me about these and they sound pretty cool. If Noble continues to have the connection problems I may cash out there and go to a new site. I like the idea of a bounty on people as it's possible to get your entry back even if you don't place in the tourney.

Jetset was the first site I played at, and I have cashed out every cent and would not recommend it to anyone. They have a great interface, but that's about it. There are an incredible amount of bad beats and setups on there, and after playing a week on FTP it confirmed it for me. I've only had a few bad beats on FTP over a week while on Jetset it was a common occurence. The head hunters are fun, but it's a different style of play, people call all ins with crap hands just to get bounties and they always end up winning. Dont' even touch the ring games, lol, I myself lost 100 on there, but a friend of mine was playing either 4/2 or 2/1, had pocket aces, reraised to 30 dollars preflop got called, flop is x88, he bets, they call, turn is a K, he goes all in they call turn over K8. To most Jetset players a face card in your hand means there is no way you can lose

I've played in 4 headhunters, won 2 and broke even in the other 2. Didn't see any real strange cards falling, just folks playing loose. I'm just cautious and pick my spots carefully. I rarely raise pre-flop in this situation, prefer to limp in and see what happens. Not textbook play, but it's safer with loose players...
