Hi, all -
I just started using PS less than a week ago. The first few days were fine. A couple days ago, they had some problem which appeared to freeze most of their action. Many people reported it, but most seemed to get going again in a few hours. I, however, can't log in. It tells me I'm logged in on another device, asks me if I want to transfer to my current device, and when I say yes, it goes awhile then gives me some obscure error message.
Their support page doesn't load (at least not for me), and my emails haven't produced a meaningful response. Anyone have some idea what's going on?
