Twenty bucks a month. Basically unlimited tournaments. I hate the blind structures and the low 1000 chip starting stacks. Dont know much more about it. The overall look of the site isnt bad.

Anyone play here? I'd like to get some more information about it.

I'm trying the two week trial and got in the 20,000 monthly tournament at 9:30.

Thanks.

I'll do that. I just finished the 20k tournament and I swear people played it like a free roll. I had KK cracked by A8, and he PAID for it. He risked half his stack to see the flop.

I went out of the tournament when some guy called the fourth raise with AJ for 90 percent of his stack. I made the raise with AK suited, and of course he hit his jack on the river.

Who calls a fourth raise with AJ? Who calls off half their stack out of position with A8?

In three tournaments I've taken 4 beats in which I was at least dominating the other player when the money went in. Thats in about 40 hands total.

Place has me tilting pretty hard right now.

Its amazing how quickly the field dropped. A 20k tournament... and within 10 minutes a quarter of the field was gone.

So, typical online poker site, hmmm? My last Full Tilt freeroll, busted out at 57 with pocket aces by a moron who went all in with Q10c preflop UTG and hit the flush on the river. Well, at least I got my buy-in back.

Yeah but this is a 20 thousand dollar tournament.

People pay 20 dollars a month to be on the site. Unless they are all on the free trial like me...

I'm trying to figure out how many subscribers they would have at $20 a head in order to offer unlimited tourneys, including one for 20K? Is it worth it?

I've watched the televised final tables and haven't been incredibly impressed with many of the players I've seen on them, but it is pretty cool to see a bunch of "average joe" poker players getting some TV time!

This site has more fish than sea world.

Sea World has fish right?

Anyway, I've been playing non-stop since I posted and have had guys hit gutshot straight draws on me with all their chips in, One guy hit a two outter on me on an AK10 flop. I had AK. He had 10 8.

Heads up in a SNG.

We get it all in on the flop.

Turn: 10.

Me: Puke.

Him: Explains how great of a play he made. How he could "Feel" it coming.

That free trial only last so long, then you will only be able to play with play chips, no more tourneys or "real" money.

I have thought about signing up here, but I'm not sure... I might give it a shot, pay for a year and see how it goes. I'm not all about playing for money, but compaired to sites such as PS, FT, ect you can't make a lot of money on ClubWPT. Like I always say -- You have to spend money to make money -- What I mean by that is if your going to pay $20/month you not going to get rich on that site.... Take away the money I just spoke of it does seem to be a pretty decent site with some perks (live events, tv events, ect). I watch the ClubWPT tournaments on FSN Ohio.

I think everybody who has the time should at least try it because of how bad the players are there.

You are definitely not going to get rich there, there arent a ton of tournaments. A bunch of ten, twenty and fifty dollar tournaments which arent even worth playing because you have the same chance as in freerolls. Same with the 100 and 200 dollar tournaments.

Theres really one tournament a day worth playing and its a 1000 dollar tournament at 9:30 every night. The twenty K tournament is once a month near the end of the month and if you can survive some early bad beats and build a stack... it pays 500 people and the least you can win is 20 bucks.

Thats one of the things I loved about it.

Its the exact same system as the old Ultimate Bet.
