Anybody having issues with America's cardroom?

I referred a friend of mine to Americas cardroom. She's deposited and has been playing for close to a month now($200 balance) and the other night she's tries to sign in and the login tells her in correct password etc. She tries again with no luck.she called customer service and they look up her email and tell her it's not coming up that it doesn't exist. I've had no problems with americas cardroom and customer service has always been great so I'm wondering if maybe something is up or if we're doing something incorrectly or a glitch or something( I told her about the login change from username to email address) An AcR rep's input from here would be great I'm about to deposit again but I'd like to see my friend's problem solved before I do, seeing I referred her and look up to her as a player and all. Once again guys thanks for any and all help.

I tried for 30 minutes to log into the site Saturday night. It would log me in, but then I could never click on the tournament tab or sign in for a cash game. This happens to me quite a bit. When I tried again on Sunday, it downloaded an update and then everything was fine. Hope that clears it up.

I just wanted to mention that i have NEVER had a single problem with ACR for the past 4 months since ive been playing.

If you ever have a problem, just 1) call them on the phone, 2) chat with Live Help, or 3) DM the ACR REP that already posted. Best customer service in the poker world ! I guarantee it. Good Luck on the Felt !!

Did you have any luck? I'm not finding the customer service to be all that great. There's an issue with my balance being off compared to the actual math. Got the run around on the phone and was not at all impressed. Hoping they can turn this around.

no my friend never got her issue taken care of. after a couple times of calling in and them telling her that her account never existed, she lost interest in online poker. but other than acr denying me the ability to deposit through credit card . I love acr they've always fixed my problems after a phone call or two.

What's you nickname buddy, I might give you a better explanation about your problem and a solution to this matter

once, i was in a tournament, and my interface locked up for over 5 minutes right in the middle of a decent hand. figuring it might have been a connection issue at my end, i closed the window and logged back in only to see that the lobby was frozen too with several interface reboots. then i tried rebooting my PC and after about 10 minutes, i finally got back in only to find out that SOMEHOW, at the beginning of a tournament, i got knocked out in under 20 minutes. that was very annoying.

today, when i wanted to see if i could make a late entry to the jackpot freeroll, and got blank screened at the lobby too, and rebooting 2 times didn't solve the issue either.

what REALLY annoys me about ACR is in EVERY tournament i play, i get reseated around the 100-130 player mark and my stat screen goes blank. i count on that info to know if i need to play aggressive to catch up or tighten up to avoid a KO. the info is also available in the lobby, but toggling is a pain, especially if play is fast. it drives me nuts. switching back and forth between the chat window and stats window will cause blanking too and no amount of clicking on the stats window will bring it back.

their intentions are good but I find the software unreliable... they need a better client in order to thrive... tourney selection is ok

Cant even create account on ACR

It took forever to download after several tries but finally got it. Noe when I click on create account it just goes black. I can see that this may not be a site I would deposit much money in till the obvious and numerous glitches are corrected.

Hi i have been playing at Americas Card room on the free tournaments, with out put any money in to there site. After a week or so i was up $18.05, then the soft wear change to a phone version, which had no tournaments on it just cash games and spin ups.
I played a spin up and won $2.00
Can you tell me is this what Americas Wardroom is doing getting people to play on the site for about a week on the tournaments for free them if there don’t put in some money send them out the phone version with out the tournaments.
I have contacted them and there say delete and reinstall, i have don this over and over and it just comes back as the phone version

Hi, sorry to hear you are having issues downloading and playing on the PC version of the App, here are some useful steps:


1. Find your main directory in file explorer!
2. Find ACR/BCP folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room / Black Chip Poker from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer.
6. Check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, if not please update it.
7. Delete cookies and cache from your browser.
8. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
9. Sign in and enjoy!

I have try this and its no good just comes back as the phone virsion with no tournaments.
It got to be the up dates, there dont want me to play in there tournaments

Anti virus
Java Flash version

I have click on the app with the right hand key properties and there no previous versions.
so what i got is what you are sending out.
It you sending this phone version out will you stop this and send the version with the tournaments in it
