I referred a friend of mine to Americas cardroom. She's deposited and has been playing for close to a month now($200 balance) and the other night she's tries to sign in and the login tells her in correct password etc. She tries again with no luck.she called customer service and they look up her email and tell her it's not coming up that it doesn't exist. I've had no problems with americas cardroom and customer service has always been great so I'm wondering if maybe something is up or if we're doing something incorrectly or a glitch or something( I told her about the login change from username to email address) An AcR rep's input from here would be great I'm about to deposit again but I'd like to see my friend's problem solved before I do, seeing I referred her and look up to her as a player and all. Once again guys thanks for any and all help.
