My laptop has recently been shutting itself down (even during tournaments a number of times) which is frustrating, it's about 5-6 years old though now so I'm due an upgrade.

I was wondering when I get a new laptop how I would go about restoring my player notes, I know when you switch between computers the notes don't stay on your account but is there any way at all that you can transfer them? Is there a file I can copy or anything? I've looked briefly in the program files but can't seem to find anything.

Try vacuming Out all the dust out of your Laptop. That should stop it from overheating and shutting down.

The file is usually in c:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\pokerstars

Copy the notes file to your new PC and open PS and click on Tools, then Player Notes Editor and Import Notes.

Found my notes file using this, I'll have to wait until I get my new laptop to transfer them, thank you!
