AmericasCardRoom new depositor's freeroll

I just had a problem with this site i was signed up for the new depositor's freeroll for a week i was still signed up this morning when i checked then somehow i ended up unregistered right when it started. I want to know if this has happened to anyone else. Support told me it was nothing they could do because they dont see i was signed up which is a lie. This has happened before but i noticed before the tournament started an was able to register

That's the same think i thought an every since i complained and hung up on one of the support people i've be running into ridiculous bad beats hands like AA KK QQ AK losing to hands lik q2 2 10 and other ridiculous hands of that sort

I will never play there again after a Sng was cancelled after everyone was seated-no explaination was given money was refunded

I was thinking about possibly playing on there, now I'm having second thoughts. Did you contact support?

If your talking to me yea an they just played dumb trying to convince me i didn't sign up an i did and they wont even pull up the support log to see about before when the same thing happened an this was a so called supervisor i was talking to
