So I played a satellite thinking that I would be able to unregister to get Tournament bucks and find out that you can't even unregister the tournament! I contacted the support team and they said that it can't be done. I know pokerstars you used to be able to this so what kind of bs is this.

Yes,on PS/FT you can unregister from tournaments to receive T$ , but majority sites dont accept this thing,is not only ACR there are many sites

Sorry to be brash here, but you probably should not have played in a satellite for a tournament that you never intended to play. All poker sites are not alike and if you didn't want a ticket to that tournament you should not have been trying to win a ticket to that tournament.

Knowing the info going in would have been helpful.

Sounds like there might be softer fields in large tournaments than in PokerStars, which mainly just have regfests.

Yeah I always make sure I am familiar with the software before spending money, should be everyones #1 rule. If something seems fishy don't play there.

With that said I don't mind ACR one bit, pretty decent site.

dont understand what the complaint is about..you win a satellite play in the tournament,

maybe they did change the way there listed i notice it says if you cant play the main game do not enter and it also says no refunds on acr satty games lately
