Anytime I have ever had a problem and had to call Americas Cardroom they always respond with LIES. It started off when I found out they allow/promote multiple accounts on the WPN network by using different skins. When I called about it they said its not important because they are different skins, although they allow you in the same tournaments. Well I found this extremely odd. It reminded me of AP/UB. So I slowed down the amount of time I played there.
A few weeks later I withdrew all my money but forgot about my points. I transferred the points into cash and messed around occasionally there. Ended up building up just short of 50$ withdraw minimum. Variance kicked in and I couldn't break 50$. I was extremely close and called to try and see if I could somehow withdraw what I had. They said I couldn't and I asked what it cost them to send me my money through bitcoin and I would pay it. They said it cost them nothing, so I asked again why I couldn't withdraw if it didn't cost them anything. I was put on hold and he came back and said I could only withdraw below 50 if I closed my account. Bingo.. what I wanted to do anyway.
Then the DDOS attacks occurred and I knew I had to get off this site.
So a few weeks ago I called because I wanted to close my account. I wanted to go through a supervisor because the people that answer the phone have little knowledge of the subject. They are paid to read a script. For some reason ( I assume they searched my account by phone and got a number wrong) they started giving me another players info and asking me his security stuff. This made me irate because they obviously are not concerned about security. I wont share that players info here (For obvious reasons).
I finally spoke to Anna from "management", she didn't seem to think it was a big deal either. She told me I had to close my account before we could withdraw less than 50$. I told her no one with common sense would do that because whose to say she doesn't close my account and not give me my money. In the meantime, I make Anna mad, because I past being nice, so she tells me she has closed my account and if I send her my bitcoin address she will send it right over. This was 6 days ago. Since I didn't get it I called back. They said it would be there tomorrow. Same the next day. 3 days ago they finally let me speak to anna again and she tells me they have processed it on their end and I will have it in 24-48 hours. So I wait a few days and check tonight and still no money.
Now they are telling me my account is closed and they are not going to send me my money. Just like I thought would happen in the beginning.
Since I started researching more on WPN, I have heard they have done this to multiple people with big money on them. Can't trust everything you read, until it happens to you.
