Americas Cardroom agent tells me a wrong informations!!

Americas Cardroom is the worst customer service i ever talked with them my problem is so funny, i had account on TruePoker software and (i've a money on it by the way) at Jul 15 i spoke with Mr Dash M (he who gives me a wrong informations) i told him that if i can make account on Americas Cardroom because i would like to play there, he told me exacly

Yes, you can have one on Truepoker.eu and one in Americascardroom.eu, you are not allowed to use them at the same time, cant transfer between them, but you can create and use both
Okay then, depending on what he said i'll gonna create account on Americas Cardroom, now i've account on Americas Cardroom and another one on TruePoker, then i preferred to activate this account, i spoke with him again and asked him how to verification this account?, he told me please send your doucments on support@americascardroom.eu i've sent it and he told me that they will reply on me after 30 mins and they reply on me after 1 day, but anyway the reply has been received:-

It would appear that your account has been disabled do to a breach of terms of service.
Wow really!, when i try to verification my new account it's suspended?

Okay, then i instantly contacted the live chat agian and contact him agian asked him why my accounts has been suspended he told me that he will check my account and he told me please send the doucments agian to the same email and i will unsuspended your account, i told him okay sir and when it would reply on me, he told me they will reply on you from 30 mins or 1 hours, agian? lol, okay after 2 hours i contact live chat agian but there is another one replies on me, Me: sir, can you please transfer me to Mr Dash, He: he is unavilable right now, then i told him the information and he check the mail he told me:-


Sir, I am sorry for this inconvenience, the last agent made a mistake, you can not have an account with us because as you were said through email you breaches our terms of service
in real i don't remember his name but okay, now let's go to the worst part...


i will not continue talking anymore i would like you to watch what Ms Ariela T said and how she defend him because he is from Americas Cardroom agents and how she said a wrong informations to show the mistake from me not from them..

im so happy that i take a chat transcript from what she said because I will not calm down in this injustice.

i just would like to tell you please don't trust anything that live chat tells you on, because they are giving a wrong informations it can perform to close permanently your account and they will take your money, lol

Thanks for the reported information related to your previous live chat experience, please note that against our T & C players cannot create 2 accounts in the same skin, the very first agent on live chat gave you accurate information, since he was referring to own 2 accounts in different skins, but your accounts were permanently banned due to the fact you have previously create multiple accounts on ACR. Hope this can clarify your concerns.

They don't need your money or your business OP. After all, creating and using multiple accounts for personal gain is the same thing. [emoji57]
