Americas Card Room: Worst Customer Service Ever

I joined this forum just to post this. I've never been so annoyed by a companies customer service in my life.

Every time I tried to deposit money since downloading this App, I was given a SCRIPT ERROR popup. I tried the typical updating Java, updating Flash solutions, they didn't work. So I contact customer service so I can finally put money onto this site.

I get some guy named Eric V. He tells me to do the typical BS customer service answers of updating Java and Flash. Told him I'd done so, but I do it again just to satisfy his end. He then tells me to resinstall ACR. I build PCs for a living, I'm extremely well versed in them. I knew this wasn't the problem, and I'd done it before, but I tell him hold on one minute, and I do it anyways, again to satisfy his end so maybe I'll get some ACTUAL attempts at finding the problem.

Just before it's finished reinstalling, maybe 50-60 seconds later, he replies, "Ok have a nice day, bye!" and just closes the customer service help chat on me. I didn't even get to say wait what? He just ups and leaves, saying those EXACT words. ACR of course finishes reinstalling, and of COURSE, that wasn't the solution, which I knew and was obvious to begin with. Here I am still not able to deposit money.

But guess what? I don't think I would now anyways. Not after what I just dealt with. "OK HAVE A NICE DAY, BYE!". What kind of bullshit customer service is this? You give generic, cookie cutter BS answers I knew weren't the solution and then just up and leave before I get a chance to not only finish what you asked, but even REPLY to you? Screw these people. Incredible. And this is the first time in my life I've EVER even taken the time to write a review/something like this, just because it was so incredibly insulting and stupid.

Don't use Americas Card Room. Clearly they don't care about earning money anyways, if this was their response to someone having a problem trying to DEPOSIT MONEY into their system...

ive had issues the last few times with support too, like removing my casino and bonus for 1st time user. not happy

Who are "these people"? You had a run-in with one person. Most if not all companies have a bad apple. You probably happened to run into him. I never have any problems with ACR.

Deposit? Only had to do it once, but it went through with no problems. Maybe your bank is blocking it. The problem could be on your end.

Download? Only had to do it once and once again, had no problems. And once again, the problem could be on your end.

I won't even get started on cashing out since you can't even figure out how to get started.

I don't think you're giving them a fair shake. All of the problems could be on your end. Lots of people use it, so where do you think the problem lies?

do u live in nevada or New Jersey i dont think they will work in those states. anyways that could be the problem.

I've been on ACR since it was Doyle's room.Never had any real problem with deposits or withdraws.Great place to play.

First off, I would like to apologize for any issue you had when contacting our support department, we are really sorry it was a bad experience for you and we would like to make it right.

I've never had a problem with there support and they have live chat and a phone number so kinda strange this post

Using your CC often gets denied and fraud protection won't let you deposit so you just call your bank to reset it.

You may have better luck using BTC depsits vs a CC, well you can buy BTC with your card > send to wallet > to ACR > wallet > BTC wallet..

Personally I've never had any trouble with Doyles or ACR support.

I hate there support I asked for a bonus after years of playing there. They said no we dont do that. In other words they just like taking not giving and keeping their customers happy. They just dont give a shit!

With ACR customer service you have email, live chat. or you can phone customer service. And if you still have a problem that is not resolved you can ask ACR Rep for help in the official ACR thread on CardsChat https://www.cardschat.com/forum/poker-rooms-10/official-acr-thread-217550/?highlight=acr
In my opinion you will not find finer customer service for online poker anywhere else. I understand that even with all those options you can have a bad experience with someone who is working as a customer service rep, but I would suggest giving another one of the options a shot instead of assuming this one bad experience is the norm.

BTW I have had occasional problems with script errors inside the ACR client. I don't know if this will help but I will throw it out there for you. In the client when you click on the Cashier button or click on deposit now on the left side of the client after clicking on My Account at the top of the page and then clicking on details will open a deposit page within the client this is where I have had script errors occasionally. If you click on My Account at the top of the page and then click on Deposit the client will open a deposit page in your default browser instead of inside the client. So if you are having a problem opening inside the client try opening in the browser or vice versa. I don't know what the problem is but this occasional script error is exactly that for me, and clears itself up with no changes on my end eventually. Good Luck.

Edit: I don't know if it should cause a problem in the deposit page when going the default browser route, but I disabled my adblocker for the ACR pages, I can't remember why I did that but I did, so it might be a good idea.

These are all lies dont listen to them they are just trying to look good. They never gave me nothing. Its sad how terrible they are. Screw them!

Idk...I have not really had any bad problems with support...although i do prefer to talk to the ACR Rep on here...seems to be more helpful In My Opinion but overall better than A LOT of sites..

ACR customer support is horrible

I went to make a deposit and the cc options were gone so I went to live chat. I get told I had tried to use a business card, which was not true, and then told all the crap I have to send them to be able to use a cc again. Then I get this from the CSR : Simple, no documents, NO CREDIT CARD DEPOSITS.

I've used many other sites with the same card and never had an issue.

Hello, as I said on the other thread. We ask for documents so we can make sure the player is the owner of the card and also for security reasons.

If you want to deposit without sending documents at the moment, you can use Bitcoins. But keep in mind if you are going to cash out, you must send documents.
