I joined this forum just to post this. I've never been so annoyed by a companies customer service in my life.
Every time I tried to deposit money since downloading this App, I was given a SCRIPT ERROR popup. I tried the typical updating Java, updating Flash solutions, they didn't work. So I contact customer service so I can finally put money onto this site.
I get some guy named Eric V. He tells me to do the typical BS customer service answers of updating Java and Flash. Told him I'd done so, but I do it again just to satisfy his end. He then tells me to resinstall ACR. I build PCs for a living, I'm extremely well versed in them. I knew this wasn't the problem, and I'd done it before, but I tell him hold on one minute, and I do it anyways, again to satisfy his end so maybe I'll get some ACTUAL attempts at finding the problem.
Just before it's finished reinstalling, maybe 50-60 seconds later, he replies, "Ok have a nice day, bye!" and just closes the customer service help chat on me. I didn't even get to say wait what? He just ups and leaves, saying those EXACT words. ACR of course finishes reinstalling, and of COURSE, that wasn't the solution, which I knew and was obvious to begin with. Here I am still not able to deposit money.
But guess what? I don't think I would now anyways. Not after what I just dealt with. "OK HAVE A NICE DAY, BYE!". What kind of bullshit customer service is this? You give generic, cookie cutter BS answers I knew weren't the solution and then just up and leave before I get a chance to not only finish what you asked, but even REPLY to you? Screw these people. Incredible. And this is the first time in my life I've EVER even taken the time to write a review/something like this, just because it was so incredibly insulting and stupid.
Don't use Americas Card Room. Clearly they don't care about earning money anyways, if this was their response to someone having a problem trying to DEPOSIT MONEY into their system...
