What reliable american sites allow player to player transfer?

Merge skins (not between skins though), Cake, ???

Yes. As long as you have verified your info with carbon..i.d. and credit card.

Right, is a passport enough to verify info?

I submitted my drivers license and credit card used for deposit. But since your outside the U.S. not for sure if you need anything else or not.

cake and merge after lenghy verification process

Cake is open to anybody and everybody, sending and receiving, without restrictions based on depositing, etc. I've had very few problems on Cake skins. They do have playthrough requirements on P2P funds received.

Yatahay allows P2Ps (at least ACR does), at least receiving, not sure if there are restrictions on sending.

Last I checked, Merge restricted my right initiate P2P because I hadn't deposited, regardless of whether I had provided any verification documents. I could still receive though. Haven't tried it in a while.

ironduke (merge) has a really good player 2 player transfer setup.
after verification, minimum $1 transfer.. and its pretty much instant.. other sites seem like they take too long

Merge usually requires that you wait 3 weeks after your initial deposit, and sending in your verification form and ID. I have never made a deposit on any Merge skin but after talking with support they enabled my transfer abilities.

its too bad people can't p2p transfer on merge with any skin. would make things a lot easier for some players.

True. The only ones I believe you can are PDC, Carbon and Aced (among each other).
