I recently moved to Poker Stars
from Bodog because I was tired of the sick suck-outs and quad/straight flush's that seem to happen more often than they should. Granted everyone has heard this before and nothing can really be proved.
However, after describing all the legitimate bad beats I had at Bodog over the past month (such as losing with KK ten times in a row to dominated hands, I've kept track) to my friend who only plays on poker stars, she said that kind of stuff seemingly happens a lot less.
I realize that bad beats is a part of poker, and this is only anecdotal, but from the players that I know who are on Bodog, these kinds of experiences are typical. Whether its the donkey players at low limits (micro-1/2) who just get lucky as hell or the RNG, I do know that I'm liking Poker Stars a lot more since the past couple days. Not to mention PS has a much better payout system.
