Of course I'm the moron, and AJ is the obv. fave over KK. I mean, what was I thinking slowplaying KK?? LOL. Gosh, never ceases to amaze me.

This guy was just reckless and pushing all the time, and somehow got to be HU (I thought he'd be gone and out around 5th, but he caught some monster hands and his psycho reckless image paid him off when he got KK or AA in a short span multiple times). Anyways, I slow play KK, thought he might pay me off on the flop, but he pushes preflop. I can't fault the push with AJ, but the reaction to it was just hilarious. First time I was called the idiot when I push with KK.

I love people who act like this, just makes the game that much more entertaining. Just though I'd share it with you guys. I thought it was hilarious, wanted to give you guys a good laugh.

Nice finish Estelle - congrats! :)

People who make comments like that are just sore losers. I see it all the time... doesn't matter what their opponent's cards are. The guy's probably 14 years old and playing on daddy's account.

Nicely played mate. He just got angry that he hit his card on river or else he would have gone away. Feels good when the slow play comes off. Teach him a lesson on reading opponents.

With a name like "judyd", why are we sure it's a guy? It wouldn't be unheard of if it was a female.

The way he talked, and the things he was saying to me, made it pretty damn obvious it was a guy. Unless of course, it was a she, which means she was a lesbian--if you get my drift now. I'm pretty sure it was a guy though. Maybe his name was just "jud" and the other letters are just unforunately there to make him sound female, like "Mrsnake."

I don't think he/she played it in the stupidest possible way. If the hands were flipped, I make the same move with AJ as well HU there. I don't think there was anything wrong with his play there, like I said before, on that particular hand.

The reason I posted this was because of what he said throughout the whole FT, and what he said after the hand ended. Just the fact that he called me stupid when i had KK, and well, everyhting else he did thoughout---I thought that part was hilarious, not the way he played the hand.

my current favorite reply, when someone calls me a moron is
"And you just got beat by a moron, what does that make you?"

Way to slow play the pocket K's.

I get that crap all of the time, I'll slow play a great hand and win, then get called an idiot. Hey, I'd rather slowly take their money, then go all in and take a chance to for them to fold early.

Any time you go all-in, you've made a coin toss decision pre-flop. The best hand going in was the best hand on the river. Good job.

Slowplaying a good ahnd heads up is a good stragedy. The odds of your only oppoenent having a better hand is slim so why not try to make some money from it? This doesn't apply, however, to 4 or more players at your table.

I think slow playing KK in HU is a very good strategy to try to take more out of the pot.

I'm still a little new to the math, but if you do not have an Ace preflop, then 84.5% of the time the other player will not have an Ace.

I like slow playing a high-level pair (JJ and up) with up to 3 players. Even with three players, 71% of the time they will not have an Ace. However, once you get to 4 players, that probability falls to 59%.

That guy/girl (lets go with shemale :) ) was a goof for calling you a moron.

btw im not backing the guy who called him a moron im just sayin that it was risky no matter the probability, there was always the chance of there being an ace. so i would most of the time raise with kk.

if you have a very aggressive player, he would have reraised all in anyways. Think estelle played this hand very well against the aggressive opponent. If she would loose, she still would have had 4000.
Tought to climb up.. but not impossible.

Congrats on the Win Hott_estelle!
