its pokerstars rewarding system , you get a chest every few points you collect , and i noticed that people doesnt open them right away to collect whats inside but keep stacking them in order to boost and get to the next level chest reward.

With the deal I think Stars rigged it too be won only when the jackpot goes over 100K. My biggest win was once four of a kind.
