Stay out of the pot from early position unless you have a very strong hand when there are Lagfish to act after you. You have to assume that they will raise and, therefore, you are just bleeding chips if you play with a holding which you will then fold to their raise.
Try to get a handle (tracking software like HEM or PT helps, but is not essential) on just how many hands they are raising - 1 in 4 ? Half ?
Once you have a feel for the width of their range and have position, re-raise with any holding which is likely to be ahead. These clowns usually don`t like to get pressured back and will either calm down and play more carefully or lose the plot entirely and give you their chips.
It won`t always work out well, but that is the nature of poker. You have to speculate to accumulate. More often than not, you will bust them, get rid of the annoyance, and add their chips to your stack.
