Summary: I had tables 'zeroed out' with weird date errors.

When I dug, it was pretty crazy...

Are these just screw-ups with the hand history? Do the winnings show up in the cashier window, or do they really just "evaporate"?

For me, the funds are actually gone on a couple occasions at least...

The older ones are harder for me to verify

Just got off the phone with them and they are still trying to figure it out...

If they don't figure that out then I know where I won't be playing anytime soon
