ACR software put me all in?

How is this possible Im THC4 in this hand.
I have issue when $4.00 is placed by me for no reason at all.
I have no hand no reason to bet $4.00.
when I contacted support nothing.
However in a .18 pot why or how could I bet $4
There is no logic and how is the bet $4 in this hand. any reason for this ????

Hi, it just happened to me in the CC freeroll tournament, I didn't realize it and I was already all in.
I was doing other things on the computer, but I don't remember pressing the button, it seemed weird, when I realized I was already out of the tournament.

ACR was decent before, but after the update it became a garbage.

You may have hit a hot key. You may want to turn these off if you can.

Not to be a *****, but how can ACR tell the difference between error, malfunction, and remorse?

Your best shot is to lean on customer service's desire to want to keep a valuable customer happy. If you suspect foul play or think you're getting "Postle'd" take your action elsewhere.

I was thinking hotkey problem as well. You def want to have those off if you are multitasking while playing.
If it wasn't player error, I wish you luck with sorting it out.

I’ve had their software cause me to go all in because it wouldn’t take a decimal and instead of a $.40 raise it put me all in for $10 and I had AK going against AQ and villain flopped a Q and it held. Almost every time they do an update something happens that costs me money.

Never happened to me and I have played plenty of hands recently on ACR. If it was a software issue it should happen quite often, so most likely the problem was at your end (yourself or your computer).

If it's a hotkey problem, follow the steps below.
Go to Option > Table Option > Settings > Disable that hotkey.



But on second look, it's don't seems to be hotkey issue. The hotkey will shove it all in with your ($5.29) Effective instead of a weird $4.

Show the hand to ACR Rep in this forum maybe they will get you a reason why this happen.
