ACR problems 05.04

All day for me ACR hangs on this moment ( that on picture)
Anyone has this problem?

I have the same problem as you , and even I tried to join on the official site , but is offline.
Maybe the server is closed due the maintenance? If someone know any information let us know what happened with ACR.

ACR support said they have some technical issues ans they are working to fix it as soon as possible. No ETA!!

Yup. The same happens to me sometimes as well and then it starts working again.

That's the story for today, so far. A bit frustrating after so many tables frozen and tourneys frozen and cancelled yesterday.

Still not working for me too.

Wow, still down? I work in IT, albeit in the financial area, but we've never had an App or server go down for 24 hrs. While it sucks for us, ACR isn't making any money either. Must be a serious problem.

Doubtful. If the Feds were involved, the entire site would be down and you couldn't login. The ACR Rep said their tech people are looking into it so it's something on their side.

Yes Acr is having problems it took me about 45 minutes not joking to sing in, the software kept saying configuring... then i was finally able to sign in but alot of the ON demand games they have are not up today, and there is only 1 freeroll today which was the jackpot one and its done and over with.

I saw a tweet from ACR saying everything is resolved. So, we shouldn't see any issues anymore.
