ACR Player Note Backup

I've reinstalled ACR in the past and lost all my player notes. Other than pen and paper, is there an easy way to back up player notes. If the only solution is copying and pasting, what is the best program to use for that? Thanks!

I found that on my pc, but I don't have a program capable of opening it. I'm not sure where to go from there. Thanks!

copy and do the install and after that
copy back to over write the default one.
after log in. your saved notes are there.

no sure how to open it. but it looks like - over write is the best way to make the back up.

think constantly back up that note file is good. In case PC crushed or whatever unexpected troubleshoots happened, you may just copy back and overwrite keep your previous note updated.

Has anyone tried this method of importing backup notes after a re-install (two posts up)? Have you had personal success with this method? It sounds like it should work, but I'm near computer illiterate and a little paranoid. Thanks!

I've done this now twice. The second time I had some issues, but uninstalled and reinstalled and got it right. Thanks xxpxxp
