ACR - I think there was cheating in punta canta Qualifier

I have video evidence of Players being placed at tables with every other player being inactive allowing them to raise the blinds every hand and accumulate over a 2 hour time period. All of the chip leaders were doing this on multiple tables and they all placed or won the prize package. Collision is one thing I am wiling to play against, but Americas card room is in on this. They seat these players and were trying to blow me off when I called them out. I would like to file a lawsuit against them for stealing customers money and time anyone who has information on a lawyer to contact or interested in seeing the video proving them a Ponzi scheme give me contact information

Pfft gl with that(or even filing a lawsuit against any poker site being in the U.S.)

And It's possible these so called "cheaters" were sat at tables where most of the table were sitouts. I've seen this numerous times in small satellites

I agree with dealio96, I have often seen that happen (players sitting at a table where everyone else is sitting out). There is no collusion or cheating.

Why would 8out of 9 players on 6 tables pay 55$ and sit out ! I don't care about the lawsuit I play for a living and want a legit game to play in. What I have recorded I would consider to be illegal. I watched the entire tournament and the players who were sat at these tables are all the ones who won the 5k package, I wouldn't consider that a small satellite. I'll be posting the video on YouTube then you can try to argue for ACR.

they probly won seats via OD freerolls & cant play when tourney started or just forgot to login (this happen to me once )

The Beast and Sit n crush winners get automatically entered into this $55 satellite. Many of them don't play for various reasons (busy, don't feel like it, etc) so there are lots of sitouts. It's just the luck of the draw if you get to steal their chips.

Are you trying to prove something? Your videos are unwatchable and unfocused. What table were you at stealing all the blinds? If everyone was inactive you'd stack right up. Honestly I don't understand your obsession with this.

Many players win entry into these satellites and either forget to play or don't realize they won. I've been at tables where many are sitting out.

Ok I guess that makes sense I play live poker, I haven't made a deposit and would like to play online. I'm very skeptical about the shuffle and being cheated. I still do think it's a disadvantage to other players in the tournament who are actually playing cards. But if so many player on here have online success then I will reconsider depositing with ACR.

I play live poker for a living good enough to go to the World Series. Seems like you have to play the program they are using to shuffle and it's much different than live poker. I am interested in big online tournaments.

I once played in an online tournament where everyone else was sitting out. I agree, it's not cheating. It's just the random effect of seating.

One thing I find odd is the people coming out of the woodwork to defend these defunct corrupt sites yet it is very rare that players defend those that bring up legitimate complaints. My recommendation: Don't spend your money on these sites or if you do, consider it play $$ and let them siphon it off of you!
