Only if the opp calls, if he was the last aggressor, ie he bets and you call, it will show the cards rather than muck them.

See that's what I thought but doesn't at all. In obvious spots where they show his hand it'll show mine and muck his every time.

Hello,

I'm the official Americas Cardroom rep.

If the opponent has set up the "muck card" option when playing on the tables, the player will not be able to check on the oppositor's hand details. This privacy rule has been implemented from Americas Cardroom to protect our customer game play; rest assured that we always deploy our resources towards the general desires of our customers.

You then will be able to check on their cards when a show down is a must as per the general poker rules.

Please let me know if you have any other inquiry regarding this matter.

ACR Rep, your post has me really confused now. Your post contridicts itself.

Looking at the HH from the site I have saved on my HDD.

When first to act, I bet and get called and lose the pot the HH says I showed my cards (correct per rules).
When I check/call and lose the pot it says I showed my cards (incorrect per rules, unless I choose to. Aggressor must show).
This is why I posted what I did originally (sorry op for not double checking opponents as well).

When it is against the opp, it does not show his cards (even when he was the last agressor and loses the hand). As you say it is.

So is it really showing my cards or not? The HH itself says I show, rather than muck.

Also you say "You then will be able to check on their cards when a show down is a must as per the general poker rules." Or do you mean it is being changed to work this way? If so, any time frame on when it will work properly?

Per poker rules, the last aggressor on the river must show his hand (it mucks them when they lose).

Also when it is checked on the river only the winning hand is shown, which would not be correct per general poker rules. Hands are shown from the left of the dealer continuing clockwise. Ie, the BB should always have to show in a limped pot that gets checked down, yet it will muck that hand if its a losing hand.

What is it supposed to be? You say it is how it works, but then it does not work the way you say its supposed to work, nor per the rules. Confused....

I am actually very confused also. I did some reading and it doesnt say that you guys offer a feature to help not show hands if wanted. Could you clear this up for us by chance?

Today it did show an opp that was the aggressor that lost, he was first to act. Guess if your oop it shows.

The way it is makes no sense at all.

Good day,

I will highly appreciate if you send me a hand ID number to double check on the information you are providing me.

We could discuss any further information here on the forum in order to avoid any inconvinience or misunderstanding.

Regards,
ACR Rep

HH disappearing

My hands just don't save. I have the client set to keep them for 30 days but every time I start my computer back up, all Hand Histories are gone. I would like to study, but have no way of doing it without my Hand Histories saving. If you could let me know what is going on that would be great. Thank you in advance.
