Has ACR gone down?

I'm right in the middle of the PLO8 free roll with 6K, and I've had no rebuys. I was actually enjoying it! I press the take my seat button, and all I see is an empty table. We supposed to have a storm coming through here, so IDK if it's my internet or if it's ACR.

im locked out as well from my tourneys. just froze.

Iam down to. They gotta be doing this on purpose as they're not coming close to there GTD. It's been happening all day long. It's there way of getting out of paying in my opinion. Site has a huge problem and I for one don't trust this shady site after this constantly

I don't think they are going to have a problem with paying. I think that there are too many tables running at the same time.

Same problem here. It says "service unavailable"

Glad I'm not alone.

Update: Tournys are working again for me, but freebuy is removed from list.

I disagree. I believe this is there way of getting out of high GTD tourneys where the initial registrants show they wont make the GTD amount. Thus the reason right in minute 27 of there $5K GTD freebuy event they stopped and cancelled tourney abruptly and site worked fine..

Yeah it has nothing to do with player traffic, they just know they would be on the hook for the large overlays. The whole thing is stupid because the whole point of having these is to drive traffic to the site and then when you cancel them you do nothing but scare people away...as someone who deposits and withdraws frequently on ACR, I wish they wouldn't over commit with these things because it just hurts the player traffic for all of us in the future.

of course one hand back and get Kings in and busted by an A3 fml..

I was in a sng and getting ready to late reg a freebuy and it disappeared. My SNG said the tournament was suspended by the host. Play resumed in about 4 minutes. The sng is running but the freebuy disappeared.

the 8k freebuy is lost I believe, the plo8 freebuy is still down and the other 3.30 tourney I was in restarted.

I am getting cards in a regular buy in tournament. why am i not getting cards in the free roll?

i don't think the freeroll will start again

I can't wait until they claim 150k paid out on sept. 6th.

Wow that is pretty shady if you ask me... the 8k freebuy is no where to be found now. Was anyone playing it? or has it not started yet?

There are complaints about this every where. And as far as I have seen in ACR/BCP treads I have seen no comment about the cause, or a comment on when it will be fixed. A lot of players are mad, and I can't blame them. Many have been deep just to get the tourny closed down. My 2 cents

Blackchip & Amc just got destroyed?

I was playing in the freebuy tournaments and they just disappeared. All their tournaments seem to be broken for some reason. Does anyone know what is going on?

Freebuy events cancelled and rescheduled

On Sunday, August 30th, we at Americas Cardroom were forced to cancel Events #14, #15 and #16 of the $150,000 GTD Freebuy Super Series II due to technical issues. All players were refunded their money.

Even though there was no way to foresee the problem, we take full responsibility and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

To make amends, we are rescheduling not only the three tournaments that were canceled, but all six on yesterday’s slate (see new schedule below). The rescheduled date is for Monday, September 7th, extending the Freebuy Super Series II by one day.
