If you ever used ACR freerolls, could you share some insight on how to find/access them because I've never played on ACR before, just starting...

Okay, I just registered, have this really simple Poker box, among three other boxes devoted to sports, casino, etc., on my cellphone screen...

I press on Poker, it opens up a table with a few rows of either Hold'em or omaha poker - and to register for any of those tournaments, you gotta have money to play money...

I couldn't see anything mentioning freerolls or opportunity to find them...

How do you actually access freerolls or tournaments giving your freerolls or points counted as freerolls in lieu of real money on ACR?

Have never looked at the site thru a phone but to find the freerolls you have to click tournaments tab then click freeroll on next row of tabs then bottom row of tabs click all. Good luck when you find them

A free roll isn't what it used to be

ACR freerolls have certainly changed, and not for the better. They are only every 3 hours, and have huge fields. Though I haven't tried any cardschat freerolls yet, I hope to qualify soon. Also look into joining casino org, they have good private freerolls with smaller fields.

Freerolls seem very limited lately you can try to win some giveaways on twitch but that about it. Maybe just slow due to the software updates.

ACR has free rolls every 3 hours or so if you go to tournaments and click free roll. When there’s no public free rolls, I often just google the name of the tournament in the private section and then sign up to get the password.

If you are going to point out ACR has less free rolls than before - true, every three hours rather than (strictly) "On Demand" -at least underline the improved formats and benefits as well.

The previous generation of free rolls, the '$10 Free Roll On Demand' style paid the top ten places out of fields of 500 to 700 players on average, which was only paying 2% of the field. Cashing in those was both strenuous and rewarding.

The newest generation of free rolls all became '$50 Free Roll on Demand' and ACR is paying approximately 15% of the field - so anyone's chance to cash have increased and markedly so.

Additionally, they work on changing the free rolls offered regularly - apart from Hold'em, they offer PLO 6 max and PLO8 8 max.

Yes, fields as a consequence of both the increased payouts and the coronavirus boost to online play have increased dramatically but navigating the waters before cashing has become easier - so credit where it is due.

I can answer your question.

mobile poker on ACR is really bad. All you can do is play ring game or those jackpot sngs. You will not be able to play a freeroll on your phone.

To play the freerolls, you need to login on a laptop or desktop computer.

Freeroll access

There are private freerolls that you can access by signing up for the host's website or twitch stream. Often time, I'll copy and paste the name of the game into Google, sign up, and then get the freeroll password. Otherwise, there's usually a freeroll every 3 hours or so on ACR.

I agree with DS3 here. Although I took a hiatus from playing online poker at ACR, I remember a time where they had $10 On Demand Freerolls. While they're less frequent now, I believe that this format is more beneficial from those players truly starting with a bankroll of $0 since they pay closer to 15% of the field. While the payout may be paltry, if you're able to play and get a cash in a few of them (assuming this is your own source of freeroll profits to build bankroll), you can get yourself something to start with and have something to play a micro ring game or tournament with a very low buy-in to try to bring that back up. And in the event you lose it all, you can go back to those freerolls, try to place in a few more and do it all again. May be a major grind, but nobody said free money was easy to get.

This!

Whichever way this is looked at, ACR now gifts $400 to their members from the 8 free rolls on a daily basis. Within any given free roll some 225 (on average) are going to get a slice. A feel good win win for ACR as the money invariable stays within their members accounts.

And of course this is nothing to do with them supplying a daily $100 Free Roll for CardsChat members who are in the FR Club.

But, they are under no obligation to offer these which is why I will always give them support and credit for doing so.

I can understand some do not have the time or inclination to play them. If that is the case, fair enough, but I am not sure that merits knocking them for the sake of it.

ACR doesn't have on demand freerolls anymore, unless they are private. It is only every 3 hours

Yes, I am aware of that - force of habit- they are GTD free rolls, and as noted they run every three hours.

I simply appreciate the fact it is something they do not need offer and as underlined in the previous post, it is $400 dollars ACR puts up for grabs every 24 hours. It is not as though anyone is getting stiffed.
