This is getting ridiculous, I'm deep in the 1k freebuy that started at 10 am...sitting in 9th place with about 200 left...and the client disconnects me and now I can't get on. Is anyone else having this problem? I swear they are going to lose my business (and I deposit alot) for good if I just wasted 3 hours for nothing.

Don't offer promotions if you can't handle the overlays or site traffic, not only are you going to scare off potential new players who you were trying to attract with this series, but your going to lose loyal customers like myself. So tired of this....

Thanks for your the report! At this moment all events are paused, we are working on the situation. We hope to have them back up and running in a few minutes.

oh man im so glad it just isnt me....on my end it says server name problem ..so i thot ME? sigh
it happens in the freebuy PLO8 games for some reason

I'm just happy to knw my chips arent dwindling away....this girl waiting patiently now.

I hope so, I mean I've played in about 20 of these freebuys so far and at least 3 of them have been canceled midway through...its just frustrating, you spend the time and actually get lucky and get deep in one and then it just gets cancelled. Not to mention I'm worried about the sites future from all these constant issues, and I am not a casual player, user name: killsoncheebs. I've deposited hundreds of times on your site in the last 3 years.

mine too says it finished without me.....what is going on ...sigh this one i had rebought alot...wow ..not cool.ok wrong tourney ..you are right the PLO8 i dont see eiither.

They will refund you your rebuys and entry...but its still getting really old that this keeps happening.

Guys,

The Freebuy Super Series event #30 has been canceled and all accounts refunded.

A new one will start at 2:30pm ET with exactly the same structure.

Sorry for the inconveniences caused

We have properly refunded all tournaments.

Please let me know if you are having any issue on the refund.

The whole situation is laughable. Try back in a day or two?? LOL this has happened every day, they are pulling the plug because they have solvency issues...they cant afford to pay people out with the overlays being so large in all these "freebuys".

For this kind of situation I suggest ACR take half of prize pool share player depend on the rank.
