Hi my name is Viralization on the tables and I was playing the 4:30 am EST 2k 6 max on friday last week and I saw two playing giving each other chips during the bubble where 7 players cash with 8 remaining. The chip leader named miscusee was giving the short stack sugardanny chips when sugardanny was in the big blind when he was the short stack and he had only 3 big blinds having 6k total. I saw this happening also the level before but I didnt realize it until the 1k-2k level. The play went as followed. miscusee in the small blind raised to 4k and sugardanny raised all in for his remaining 2k and miscusee instantly folded. After that sugardanny was not the shortest stack. The bubble player PassoGiveUp saw the same thing I realized and was typing saying this should be reported and shortly after PassogiveUP bubbled while sugardanny was gaining chips from miscusee because miscusee had bigger stack more than most of the remaining players. Miscusee ended up winning the whole thing and sugardanny finished in 6th. I believe it would be right that those two players be disqualified and that I and the remaining players should get a payjump including the bubble and second bubble. I called later that morning and told a rep about the issue and they said that they would look into it. I also sent an email about it. I called 1 or 2 days later and the rep said to send the hand numbers that this happened in but for whatever reason those hands werent recorded on my end. Then they said they will message their poker experts about it. I called the next day and they said there working on it. I called the day after that and they still give me the same answer. Remember I sent 4 email about this and called 4 timesthrought the week before today. Ticket id is MNH-983-62237. I called today and asked the rep to check on the staus on the issue, he put me on hold for 10 min then hung up. I called 1 minute later and said that the rep helping me with the issue on the phone hung up. Right after that they hung again! I called a third time and the lady told me they would let me know on the update if it affected me, but It did affect me and the remaining players. I shouldnt take 7 days to resolve an issue about two cheating players and I payjump. Ive been playing on ACR for years and after all of this Im just plain disgusted.

I'm really sorry about this whole situation, also, I appreciate your patience and cooperation with the email. I personally talked to the department in charge, one of the security agents is taking care of this situation, he will contact you via email only if it's necessary. He will take the necessary measures on this matter.

I've only been playing poker and this is an interesting thing to hear. Is that actually illegal to do since both players paid the buy in wouldn't they have the right to do whatever they wanted in with their chips or no. I'm just curious about the unknown rules of poker tournaments to me like this one. I obviously don't do this but just am wondering why it's illegal to do. Either way if it is illegal via the rules hopefully they fix the issue and issue you you're correct winnings. Good luck

Chip Dumping

Chip dumping will always be part of online poker it is a shame after Black Friday online Poker Players really couldn't trust any pokersite but ACR has proven itself to be a good site and I hope they will suspend chip dumper account weather they play in a tourney or cash game.

its hard to 'prove' that anyone is dumping chips. People are always going to lie about it if they are caught they can say 'oh I raised trying to buy it and it didn't work' and ARC of all places.. Every game! Some thing weird happens.. Guys fold fold fold then all the sudden sack your aces with 45s all in preflop.. see it all the time.

Chip Dump

I understand how you feel about other players teaming up on other players.
Yesterday, that happened to me, during a freeroll tournament. It was obvious that they had been playing together. At the bubble, they attempted to take me out of the game. And assist the player that was lowest.... Needless to say, I hit a hand and it took time to rebound.
And I took 3rd. When they team up on me, its time to win, even more....
