I noticed I could not see my
account details a couple of days ago -
like cash balance !!
So I asked customer support ...
Subject: Can't see my account
Message: when I click on cashier in poker client just a blank black screen pops up - no account information at all !!
And they responded ...

We have been reporting this issue with our developers, they have been working on it, although there are some options that have been letting the
App run correctly.
Would please fallow this steps to see if it works.
1. temporary disable the firewall
2. add and exception on the antivirus if you have one.
3 make sure as well to have java and above flash player updated.
If these steps does not help please let me know so we can follow with further support;.
I really don't trust on-line poker especially when the want me to disable my anti-virus :icon_puke
Now COME ON - fix it already and stop with the excuses to violate my anti-virus programs
