I currently have a $30 BR on ACR, all I can afford to deposit right now but I am just curious what others have to say about the best way to build it from this point. I am not a novice player, I would say I am an Intermediate player at my best but am still on my journey of mastering it if that is even possible to be done. I really enjoy tourneys but i feel like I never get the luck needed to actually win one not to mention I still think I make several mistakes even if I do go deep into one. I will not give up trying and learning though and will continue. For now just looking for suggestions to increase my roll so I can comfortably play in the low to mid stakes tourneys as opposed to only micro tourneys. I feel like luck plays alot more of a major part in the micro tourneys then it does the higher you go. Dont get me wrong I am sure I would get out played in the high stakes tourneys that is not what I mean . I just think you have a lot more novice and rec players at this level who arent as concerned about really trying to make poker a way of like. Looking forward to what everyone has to say.

It sounds like the Jackpot spin and go tournys are what you're looking for on ACR under the "jackpot" tab.

they are 3 person tournaments, winner take all (winners prize is between 2x and 12x normally of your buyin, depending on your "jackpot spin"), 500 chips starting. you wont need constant luck here, the buyins are $2,$10,$25,$40 .. using a 15 buyin bankroll rule,

id go $30-->$150 bankroll playing $2 spins, $150-->$375 bankroll playing $10 spins, $375--> $600 bankroll playing $25 spins, and then $600+ bankroll play $40 spins... Other than that Im not sure how to get around you needing to win your all in flips in MTT's.
