Hello, I recently got my account banned after i tried to deposit money on my Full Tilt account. They reopened it and when i used quick deposit checks i filled out the info submitted they disconnected me from Full Tilt and banned my account again? Could it be because i was using the same IP address as someone else? How long does is take before Full Tilt will respond? Its been 48 hours with no help? Thanks!

none of the checks were bounced! I think its because i was playing on the same IP address as my friend. we both have seperate accounts though. I think that may be the problem!

The same IP addy is probably the problem...even with separate accounts...gl with it though! I think it could be sorted out though if you can prove you don't own both accounts...driver's license, power bill...just e-mail Fulltilt & ask them what they need. MM:)

You and your friend should send an email explaining the situation as well as ID verification.
Good luck

Yeah we know. This is the 2nd thread you've created on this and the 3rd post. No one here can help you. You're just going to have to wait for FTP to respond. If you were multi-accounting I hope they keep your money. Yes they can do that.

Don't think IP is an issue; myself and my 2 roommates all have FTP accounts and very frequently we'll be playing at the same time for hours on end off the same wireless connection - although we do play at different stakes and he plays 6-handed while I play FR but nonetheless it's a shared internet connection and I have yet to experience any issues like yourself.

Did you attempt to deposit using the same card as your friend?
My Fiancee and I both held accounts at party when I first started out. She played Bingo or some other crap side games, I played the freerolls and $1 SnG's. When the first deposit ran out, she re-loaded using her card on my account - both were frozen and it took a lot of e.mails to sort out.
It was obvious we weren't multi accounting as only one of the accounts was used for poker - good job else I don't think we'd have ever straightened it out.
Sounds fishy, but if its legit then good luck sorting it. FT wouldn't close your account unless they suspected they were being defrauded.

It won't be the same IP address, as you can see from other posts above that a few ppl have said that they share the same IP address, and there are a few CardsChat ppl who play in our games aswell as their husband/wife/partner, as long as FT has proof from you that all of the accounts are for real ppl and that you are not multi accounting there will be no problem, like PooffyFooffy said, (and she knows, she is one of the ppl whose husband also plays) send them the proof that you are not the owner of the all the accounts and everything will be OK.

For better advise and so that no one says you are full of it, post the e-mail the Full Tilt sent you, sometimes others will pick up on something in the e-mail that you missed. Posting the e-mail you got from Full Tilt is the best way to go.

as I remember FTP don't allow more then one account per household and same IP can indicate the same household, it doesn't matter to them if you 2 different persons I think you both can make agreement with FTP that you promess that you won't ever play at the same table and then you may have more then 1 account per household
