I was playing a 109 stt two days ago and my wireless signal cut out for all of 10 seconds. I was disconnected from the tournament and when I went to log back in, I was locked out. I could not log back in for about 2 hours -- my 109 down the drain.

During the time I was locked out I sent numerous emails to the supposed 24/7 customer support, but didn't hear back for about 5 hours after the initial e-mail I sent. After explaining the situation to them, the declined to refund my tournament fee. Saying that it was out of their hands

I had been playing quite a bit on Absolute in the past couple weeks -- they were sure to get that 109 they should have refunded me in tourney buy ins in less than a week. (I play 55, 109 and 215 SNGs normaly) However, their horrible customer service has pissed me off to a point that I will never return to the site and I want to warn others of this. In my final email to them I threatened to leave the site for good if my money wasn't returned. Instead of doing the right thing, THEY OFFERED ME A SPOT IN A FREEROLL TOURNAMENT. WHAT A F'ING JOKE!!!! STAY AWAY FROM ABSOLUTE POKER!!!!!!!!!!!!

wow that is pretty ruff. i have been in a similar situation like this before, getting locked out of a game i had bought into. I didn't ask for a refund tho, figured they would treat me like a number....one of millions i'm sure. it's hard to get a big company to care unless you really make them a lot of money.

Yeah, Absolute is shady. Beware of this site. If you have not heard, there have been 'superusers' on the site before when it was hacked. This was about a year ago. Stick to the Dog, Fulltilt or Pstars!

Yeah, it's my first post, I understand I don't have the "trust" of this board. But at the same time, AP pissed me off so far to create an account and post when I don't normally do that.

I would have made them their money back in less than a week. Just horrible customer service.

I don't think its a question of trust...and just so you know you're not the only one its happened to. Was happening way too much so like the others say stick to the other sites, AP has way too many issues going on
