About Intertops

Hello everyone. Somehow got this $$$ at intertops, after few ITM in our freerolls there and also cash games of NLH and PLO.

Every time I am starting playing some poker room, I immediately start verifying my account. Send alot of photoes, scans,(like 20 pictures) spent alot of time some money and my docs still not accepted, always asking another photoes of my driver license/etc . that i can't have in my country. (I sent passport photoes).
Did you guys even pass verification process there? Want to cash out 25$, made alot of rake there, but I am starting about tilting a bit. For me this money is really fckng matter, don't know start to tilt or what to do next( I have no ID / driver licence/ Government issued Identification Card that they want, but I made good quality photo of passport it studio, was hoping that now for sure I finished it, but hell no). Also read that some guys was even withdrawal without deposit alot of money, just need verification. My process is going bad. Looks very bad from my perspective about this.
P.s. not tilted yet, but I love PLO you know

Good luck man they would not accept a cropped passport picture from me that every other site accepts the bill I understand and would send in recent one if wanted withdrawal but did not pursue it as lost the money I got for winning the last two freerolls I played on it.
Would be interested to hear from others and keep sending i.d until they verify.
I was not trying to withdraw just verifying.
Good luck here is mail I received bill I understand but it is an annual bill why two months anyway but passport every other site is ok.

The worst poker site ever. It would be no wonder for me if they don't verify your account at all. Mine was just banned without any relevant reason.

I explained there in details why Inter should not even be called a poker room. It's just a scam.

Keep the thread updated on how you get on that week was thinking of depositing some cash and playing their sundowners or other big games but passport thing shocked me and I can not deposit if no way too withdraw tell more about bans was your money returned after ban?

I am not banned. I am just passing right now verification. I have sent all documents but I have no much ID's , only my passport, I don't drive etc. That I am trying to explain them. Hope they verify me, if no - will just gamble that money and make a video on YouTube channel to describe all info about them with all screenshots and etc. information.

Seems to be a great idea. People who have not played there yet need to know they should not. I mean, they should not even register on this site. If this video is out please post there.
Whether you pass the verifying or not please let us know what's going on all the way. I really wonder what this site gonna do.

P.S.: please don't get me wrong, of cause I don't wish you to be banned or something bad lol; if they finally let you make a withdraw it'll be awesome. But I have a bad experience with this site and I have a very little hope it somehow happens.

It's like 99% that i will not verify even. I think i can verify if I deposit from skrill, because it is totally verified and used with partypoker/stars etc., but I won't. For sure they are just doing it all because I didn't deposit yet and even after i will deposit for sure they wont let me withdrawal, that's for sure. Wont even try to risk 20$ for 200$ because they are just ignore my mail that I have sent for them with description, that in Ukraine I have no more ID's. I will make video for sure if no respond today-tomorrow. English level not good, but I will try make it in English and russian for CIS people.

I share your frustrations, was a huge pain to get account verified, then the minimum acct withdrawal size varies according to what method they can do for where you live, and now I am just waiting for them to give me some absurdly high play through requirement. I guess just like freedom... freeroll money isnt free.

It is. On other - read "better" - sites.
It's the only site with that stupid requirements, and the only one that demand you everything, and when you give it, demand even more.

Alright, had my chat with support team and was kindly sent to fck off and disconnected from chat very fast, have screen shots etc. Send my last explanation to "documents team", waiting 2 days for a reply/ban then if someone play at Intertops poker and can withdrawal, can loose money to you if I don't verify there and don't get ban from this scammers.

Alright, gambled it to 60$ and then up to 500, anyone can withdrawal from Intertops? If so, we can make deal with +$ to you, if you use Skrill. Still not verified there, cant withdrawal..

Looks like support team feel my situation and approved my documents and updated my account. Hope now I can make minimum withdrawal of 25$ to Skrill, requested it, now I am waiting.
Hope for succesfull withdrawal and then start grind cash games NLH PLO and Fixed limit Omaha, randomly seat at the table, not bad at all, but bluffs are cheap and people call it))))) Cannot make big pressure there) But at all not bad sort of game

Since the first attempts to withdraw funds, technical support simply asked to make a deposit. I did! Then the month of document verification. Deliberately prolonged checks! Each time they asked for some missing documents, instead of immediately asking for the entire list. Further in online support, the operator said to wait a week so that the funds could be from the account. I was waiting.
And as a result, a letter comes!

I would consult my bank right away. Dispute the transactions. Tell them that you did not get what you paid for.

I closed my account with Intertops because the only cash out option is bank transfer with minimum $150 and zero traffic. I will avoid small and new sites like the plague its always a headache.

At least they stopped totally ingoring me. But every time I try to contact the support via e-mail or live-chat they keep telling me my acc is closed permanently and they can't reveal me the real reasons, it was the security department's desicion, that's all. Talking this them is useless.

I am not a fan of Intertops because they just randomly closed my account and have been emailing me to sign back up.
