A Problem with cashing out !!!

I have tried to cash out some money from my account
i sent to cashier@spadeclub.com
an email that includes: a driving licence and a AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY, and i have recived a replay that said that the cash out falied.
why did it happen?

I would double check there rules and make sure you have everything required to cash out and if you do then contact the site and ask them why you are having the problem.

Ask them.

Just have them send you a check.

How much was it? You may also need a W-2 form filled out if it is over $600.
