Full Tilt is far from the worst of them with support. Theyr'e no Poker Stars
, but they usually address the concern like they at least read and understand it, timeliness just being average to good.
P.S. Just took a closer look at their response time. May I amend my take to 'good to excellent'. Must've been a slow day at FT. Which I find hard to believe. Just got a new laptop, with 64-but everything including Windows 7. I barely managed to get FT loaded yesterday, and already their (seemingly daily as of late) upday today had incompatibility issues. Maybe the rest of the poker world isn't updating as fast as the U.S. but you'd have to think the past week has been busy for them.
