This is a bad Case? help

Hello Alexis,

After an initial investigation, evidence has come to our attention revealing that the same person might have accessed more than one account from the same computer, in order to get a second chance at tournaments by means of abusing our Late Registration feature to enter a second account, after having been eliminated with the first one.

The following tournaments played by your account have shown pattern of Late Registration:

Don't cheat on the next site you're forced to play on when Stars bans you for life.. That should help.

OMG ! No cheating at PS! I've had a problem for me and my boyfriend were blocked orders until we proved that we are two different people and we do not play on account of the other. It happened that he come to my place or I go to his house , and that one of us falls from a tournament. If the registration was still available sometimes entered the oder to play. Uh. The traumatic experience. Now it is not happening. No way no longer play the same tournament when we're together. One game on the laptop and the other on tablet or computer, but always different tournaments!

Doing stuff like that in home games around the world will get you a punch in the head or worse. So, good luck not cheating from now on. Hope you get to stay at your favorite site.

No one ere can help you. You cheated (at least as far as Stars thinks). Prove to them you didn't or face the consequences and learn from your mistake.

Well if you're lucky Stars will let you have it when they close your account for good. If you're not lucky, consider it an expensive lesson learned.

I think you're very likely to get your money (unless they determine that you were colluding with these accounts) but you'll likely be permanently banned. If they determine that your winnings were the direct result of these multi accounts they will keep your money and redistribute them to those you cheated.

No. Your account is locked from everywhere. You are just going to have to be patient and wait until they complete their investigation. No one here can help you.

What PS said in the last email is that they understand that you want to get this account resolved so that you can come back and play with no issues or security measures on your account and with your bankroll.

One positive thing is that they said one week. The kicker is though, that they mentioned 3 accounts and you mentioned that you only sent in information for one account. In their email.. they said it will take longer if the other accounts do not respond.

If those 3 accounts are all yours, I would own up to it and see what they can do. If you lie they will not help you because you have been cheating (if those 3 accounts are yours). I suggest being honest and clear with your apology and see if they will allow you to continue playing there. Hopefully they will see that you have learned your lesson and this is something that you will never do again.
