9th in a $750 Freeroll - but no payout!

Well, I finally finished up a freeroll - and managed to place 9th - possibly my best tournament ever. Low and behold, I find out that it only payed 1st and 2nd place - $500 and $250.

How often do you see this kind of payout? There was about 525 people in it.

Yea that is a pretty lame payout structure. Off topic, but is your avatar from a drug bust MR X? I remember seeing a similar picture while browsing the DEA website.

That's the worst payout I have ever heard of. Why do you even bother playing such tourneys? It is a complete waste of time. You would earn more delivering pizzas and using your earnings to buy lottery tickets.

I have a question about your avatar: Are they wearing any clothes? I can't tell.

BTW, I even found a bigger version of the pic by googling for 'obese'. It comes up first. I was going to attach it, but went temporarily blind, so I gave up that idea really fast.

well I know some sites do that if the player pool is too small, say it went to 1000, it might have paid out 20 spots, or 27... seen it a lot
