Cake are really beginning to rattle my cage. I can't wait to get my money and uninstall this terribly bad slow software and crap withdrawal processing times.
Their site states 24-48 hours when I withdrew and several emails later, I'm still waiting and all they keep saying to me is,
Hello Benjamin
Thank you for your email. At this point we do not have a definitive timescale for these payments and i would not like to increase your frustration by giving you a date for payment that comes and goes, we are currently working on this issue and hope to bring you some more information as soon as possible. Sorry again for the unfortunate delay.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Kind Regards

Now, their replies and customer service in getting back to you is very good, usually replied within an hour but what good is this to me or anyone? I advise anyone who is tempted to join cake to not bother. Their software is dreadfully slow and games are dead. I honestly think cake is definetly on it's way out, I'm sure they are stuck for money.
They even lied to me in a previous email stating it was because of black friday there is back log of payment withdrawals to do. A quick search around shows this has been happening for a while, even a month ago someone posted on a different forum that they are still waiting after 7 days for the ball to start rolling, so an obvious lie by them to try and keep me slightly happy.. I replied to them telling them this is isn't the case, so please just be honest and the reply I got was this,
Hello Benjamin,

Now, I'm going to give up and emailing them now, as if anything they might start delaying mine even more but I most definitely do believe they are struggling to cash out a small BR and get funds available. It's only a few hundred dollars at that. They then "thank me" for my patience, I've made it perfectly clear I'm not happy, let alone being patient.
Oh and the most annoying thing about it all is the way they leave open the option for you to cancel you withdrawal process. I commented on this to them and said it was a joke, trying to lure people who get bored waiting and just cancel the withdrawal. I said it was terrible and this option should be removed. You know what they said to me?
Hello Benjamin,
Thank you for your email. We can confirm that we are making every effort to minimize any delays and we do appreciate your frustration in this matter.
We can assure you that there is no ploy to get players to cancel their withdrawals. We are required to leave the option to cancel available as some players do not wish to wait or would prefer to cancel a withdrawal rather than make a new deposit.
We completely understand that the situation is not ideal and we are doing all we can to ensure that your delay is minimized.
Thank you for your co-operation in this matter.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

How hilarious is that? Talk about contradicting yourselves.
"This is no ploy to get people to cancel" " It's a required option we put in place for people to cancel who do not wish to wait and have to deposit again" < < LoL, so so funny.. I mean come on, why would someone who was withdrawing wanting to make a deposit again so soon after? Lets be honest cake - what you mean is, like I say. People get bored of waiting to withdraw and put the money on a decent website so cancel and continue playing.
The question also beggers, how on earth can they be delayed post "black friday" when their traffic was even lower at that point?.. I'm sure if everyone made a withdrawal request on the site on the same day, they could have the man power to get everyone's withdrawal done on the same day the activity is so low...so yeah definitely a cash flow problem.
So my advice to eager U.S beavers wanting to play real cash games, avoid cake at all costs.
