888Poker Video Tables FTW!!! lol

Too funny. Just a short while ago I was talking with a friend & mentioned, "I wonder how long it'll be til' poker sites have live video instead of avatars?"
Tonight I log onto 888Poker & guess what.... they now have 'video tables', lol. It is toooooo funny. Both sound & video. You can watch your opponents (from all over the world... except US) playing behind their computer screens. It is pretty hilarious.
I'm on one table right now & there's this young kid from the UK with his shirt off... lookin' like a scrawnbag but obv. flexin' for the webcam. What a joker! (oddly enough, by how he plays this is just how I had them pictured... except for the 'minus shirt' thing). All sorts of different languages goin' on at once.. some are talking on their telephones while playing, etc. It is a joke!!
If you've got an account on 888Poker, go check it out (I'm the guy from canada who's playing in his boxers right now).
This puts a new meaning to putting bad beats on players on cash tables... now you can smile at them when you flat their 4bet out of position with 72o, donk-shoving the flop when you flop a boat, lolzz.

Now the young skinny guy is swirling back a beer, bragging about it. (maybe he's under age?). Can't describe how funny this is.

He just sucked out with 93o, held his beer up to the camera... lol.. What an idiot.

I've been seeing ALOT of 'e-thugs' on video tables. It's pretty scarey.
Oddly enough, they pretty much look just how I'd figured.

Awesome, sounds good acually, now ill be able to see the old poker face at work, wonder how the donks will cope in these situation, it should be easier to spot them, then isolate them, then pounce.

Gonna check this out right now....

Can't find the video tables, any special tab or marking I should be looking for?

Yup, it's the 6max tables (no FullRing vid. tables on there).
Only able to play on one of them at a time (can't multi-table them).

Was on there again last night, had to laugh at some of the 'tells' -> players sighing once raised, angry when they can't call on the river, etc. etc. It's kinda fun.

You should duck away from your webcam and place a stuffed animal in your chair and play.

There's a few people doing stuff simliarly. You know those webcam add-ons, (ie. where you can have a kitten's face on there & have the mouth move when you talk & eyes blink,etc).... someone was using that. I was thinking of just having a picture of PhilHelmuth (or JoeShowdown) held out a foot from my webcam.

This just does not appeal to me at all. Much as I love live poker this is just a novelty and in my opinion not a very good one.

Not gonna do the video tho, I only do the tourneys. If I was still drinkin I would. Maybe this summer (already got a binge planned lol)

The 'video thing' is funny... trust me on this. (ie. picture this > you've 3bet a guy pre with 63s & flop the nutstraight vs. his top set, stack him off then watch him hurl coffee cups against the wall....worth more than 100bb's any day!)
