Anyone else finding that there is a massive lag when playing on their latest download or do I just have a LapTop that is telling me to play less Poker?

But yeah, their big update was not the greatest overall, so I'm not expecting things to change drastically with any other following updates, tbh.

Yah it didnt really change much for me either. Might be worthwhile to run a cpu graph in the backroung like nzxtcam

never never but never worked well that platform on my mac, it disconnects continuously that is why I stopped playing there.

I have no problems playing at 888.

I experience a lag sometimes, but I dont think, it has anything to do with the update. Its either my internet connection or their server, and its not that often. When it gets bad enough, the software tend to crash and need a restart. Its not great, but as long as the frequenzy is low, its not enough to put me off from playing on the site.

For me, its the same message for days:

"Ooops! Something is wrong. Please try again later."

This must be the "big experience for players" that you`ve promised, on the day that you have disabled the good-old software, and you implemented the new garbage, right?

Disconnected from 1050$ day 1 888millions

Somebody please help me find the tournament Id for yesterdays mar4th 888millions event#5 day 1 starting at 4:30, I had won a 1050$ ticket and was disconnected and unable to play and can not get a refund unless I have the tournament id and am playing on a tablet somebody please god help me out that's my only bankroll

How many RAM you have? Pretty sure that its your Laptop. I am playing with 4 GB ram and I'm not getting too much lag. Only if I play too many tables my computer starts to lag. When I open more than six table it starts and this is pretty decent for a 4 GB ram computer. I also mix sites and the worst lag for me is America's cardroom and partypoker. Especially when both are open at the same time.

You have to go on the computer and check your playing history. On the tablet it's not possible to see.

This can happen if your laptop is old and does not have enough RAM or a weak processor. To be honest, the software on 888 has always been the weak point of the site.
