888 Suspects me of collusion

I am regular on 888 poker since last few years & never won more than 10+. I was only playing freeroll, few SNG and small stake, normally .01/.02, to .05/.10. I think I deposited more than what I won on their site. Few Days back I played on .50/1.0 won 100+ and same day I requested for the withdrawal. It was not first, I had many successful withdraws before. And Yesterday I was suspended from 888poker for working together with another player. What the hell?

And got this mail:

"Dear Davinder,

I am Ludiara S. from the Operations Department at Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd. Cassava Enterprises manage all the operational services for 888poker.

I am contacting you in regards to your account with username "888RajDev".

As part of our on-going efforts to maintain fair and honest play on the 888poker. tables, we were alerted to several suspicious patterns of play occurring on tables in which you participated, that indicate fraudulent activity and a breach of our Terms and Conditions. Once suspected fraudulent activity was noticed, all accounts were suspended to allow an in depth investigation into the patterns detected.

The patterns we are concerned with include members intentionally losing hands, as a method of transferring funds through our tables.

If you have any information which would assist with our investigation, please could you inform us of this. On receiving your response we shall be able to proceed with your account.

We take these matters extremely seriously and thank you for your co-operation and understanding.

I asked for the suspicious hand history, so that i can see and explain them. But no reply from them. i searched the web and found they never reply response after that suspension mail.

is it temporary suspension or I am permanently banned? Is there any chance they will restore my account?

It sounds like they suspect you of being involved with chip dumping - so if their investigation shows it to be close to obvious you will be permanently banned. If not they would probably restore your account.

Have you played any HU matches?

You'll have to wait finish the investigation process, if you have any relevant information about the players that were on the tables with some suspicion attitude (conversations in languages other than English, suspicion of collusion, etc.) would be nice to send the information to support 888poker, anyway your account will be frozen until the end of the investigation, if you did nothing wrong, there is nothing to fear, I've had my account frozen for a few days, and then returned normally

no i never played HU matches, infect the table i was playing were full where i won that 100+, i started with $50 and in few hands won 100+, major hands with color, straight, AA pair and some others hands i won. two of them where i won 40+ and 50+ respectively were folded by opponent after when i went allin.

If both of these were against the same opponent in a short time frame, it could be what they are referencing as suspicion of chip dumping. Don't suppose you have the HH for those couple of hands, I'm sure could get feedback and opinions on them but in the end it will usually always come down to what their investigation finds.

That kinda stuff really pisses me off, it is like the players are slaves to the poker room and doesnt have any rights we could be banned suspender kicked in the groin for whatever the reason and they still don't have any obligation to explain their act to anyone and you dont have a right to file a complain to anyone...
I understand that we accept the TOS when we join and if i dont like it i should play somewhere else or dont play at all, i just needed to say it!!!

We should form a poker players union, someone call Stallone please

I am not afraid or felling guilty at all. i did not do anything wrong. but the experience is unpleasant. i have sent them the all what i played and how

there were 6 players including me, i won 90+ from him and 50+ from others, and all were unknown to me, and i am cruises to know what they did with him (the other suspicious player) and what his reaction is like

He didn't say he worked with another player - that is the reason they gave him for suspending him. Doesn't mean he is guilty.

Seriously there should be some third party concern, where we can lodge our complaints, we feel like, we cant better our situation always being powerless and helpless against the regime of poker dictators

I guess you are under investigation. If you are not guilty, it's likely that they will restore your access.

Maybe jumping on a much higher level and winning there makes you more suspicious...you will find out in a few days.

Aside from what others have already mentioned (ie. post HandHistory).
Country of origin of other player? (I wonder if for some reason they're not able to withdrawal funds or something?).

888 has a forum called my888 (< or something like that?). Perhaps you could get some help from someone on there? (ie. Sean). I don't have a clue if that'd help much in your case & I haven't been on there in years but was helpful for me in past with other concerns on that site.

If your HH are setup to be saved then they should be in a location on your harddrive in a text file. Not sure offhand what default might be for 888, but do a search of your drive for 888 and most likely the folder should popup if it exists. I know sometimes it doesn't save automatically, but I think 888 probably does or at least I believe mine did when I installed it.

888poker usually does not automatically save your hand history, you need to enable the option in the lobby "Game Settings" and "Keep my hand in history:"

Usually this is the path: C :/ Users.....AppData / Roaming / PacificPoker / HandHistory

I wouldn't just move on and forget about it if there was no wrong doing and they still had my $100, that makes no sense. Just wait for them to reply, to clear you, give you your money back then withdraw and forget about their site.

If you have done nothing wrong then you should of no reason to just give up and forfeit your money.
