I'm afraid poker sites are not a charity and most bonuses have wagering requirements no matter what site you are playing on and if you ask most players they will tell you that the bonuses are a good deal and very generous from 888.

I like the new format. Only personal issue I have is a used bonus for 1 dollar casino play but when I go to casino there was no credit. Id love if that could somehow be reverted back to bonus if possible? Thank you

Look, the question isn't if your poker site or other sites are a charity or not. The true problem is that you lie to us when you promote your site telling that there is a "$88 free bonus, no deposit needed", when in reality only $8 are free, the other $80 is just a regular bonus (same as you can get at every other site) where you actually have to play with your own money first in order to get that cash. So either change the description or admit that you are communicating false information to us...

And giving out free money isn't about charity anyway. We both know that these small gifts should be given in order to let the players try out your site before depositing large sums from their own pockets...but if you manage to gain a new costumer with this gift who will play at your site for years, then on the long run your "investment" will actually generate a nice profit for you.

You can check them all on the site if you download the poker client as you don't need to deposit to do this.
There are plenty of freerolls and lots of micro games to play.
If you check one of thoses links you can read about the freeroll.

That is correct you get the free money put into your account but it's up to you if you want to fullfil the wagering requirements to clear it for withdrawal.

No that's not correct, because: "Promotion is granted to you in a restricted state that may not be accessed nor wagered with" and is released "into a player’s real-money bankroll" only after the player "accumulates Bonus Points"! So no, until you don't play with your own money first you not only can't play with that bonus money, but you don't even see it in your account!

I keep on with my opinion that stating that the $88 is a free, no deposit needed type of bonus is false and misleading (only $8 of it is truly free)...but to be honest I think we both know that misleading is just what you want it to be...

Considering that Full Tilt had used player deposits to fund some of their expenses, one has to wonder, how sustainable all of this really was. And there was also the "POTRIPPER" scandal, which happened during this period. Regardless 2005 is not coming back, so why not appreciate and enjoy, what online poker has to offer today? Downloading and installing the client only takes a few minutes, and it also gives you a chance to check out the software to see, if you like it. Maybe play a freeroll or some play money tables. Uninstallation, should you decide to not play there, takes seconds. I have done that with multible poker sites, where I dont currently play.

The client gives me error 404 page not found when i try to go for a free spin. I've emailed support as well 2 days ago but haven't got any reply.

Just because there were problems with a few sites otherwise it was a very profitable period for both the players and poker rooms. Look, I understand that those days are gone, the market is much smaller now and so are everything what they can offer to us, but IMHO these bonuses are just some kind of bad jokes even for these days...free $8 sign up bonuses, $50-100 freerolls where the top prize is a $5 MTT ticket, $10 bonuses for which you have to produce a huge amount of rake to be yours, etc...

But you are right...today me and many others are really playing only because poker is fun. Back then you could also win some money beside having a good time...but now, playing 3 hour tournaments against thousand of players for a $1 ticket or a few cents is anything but profitable...so we are playing for fun, not for the money...

Well, good for you...but personally I don't like to install anything on my computer only if it is really necessary...

And I also don't care about the poker site's software...I am more interested in what they offer...If that's good then I can tolerate the bad design or the stupid avatars...

I have not used this site in years but recently i won a small amount on a freeroll and managed to build it up to 300 dollars. I since have updated my visa card on the site and deposited 10 dollars to verify my card.

I have also tried to withdraw the minimum 25 dollars to see if this will be accepted as i dont want to be building up my bankroll if i have no chance of withdrawing it at some point. My query is will this withdrawal be accepted or will i have to send more documents etc? Not sure how withdrawal works on this site, i was worried i would have to deposit more then the 300 ive won before i can withdraw but surely this is not the case?
