Silver Level
Looks like some club money was diverted to the galaxy promotion rewarding those who regularly play couple of dollars worth of buy ins instead.
100k biggest freeroll I have seen since partypoker did a few last year.

unexpected move and it seems that poker rooms are in trouble with liquidity, see what happened to MPN, I supose that 888 have some financial issues too888 does normally change their reward program in favour for other campains.
Perhaps they have financial problems, and have to cut down?
I did not receive any email, but notice the Level 50+, 60+ Tournays are gone anything above Level 40 is hone???
This is bad news, since we work hard to get to those levels!
Hi mate.It seems we will have freerolls till Level 40 only..I am about to reach that level but it is a pity for the guys who have reached higher level and can´t play the best freerolls as usual.Maybe after the Galaxy of Freerolls promotion ends those freerolls be back..Good luck to the ones who have that $100,000 freeroll ticket.See you there!

im starting to no more like 888 more and more. apart from bad customer service they now cut wherever they can. the rake there is very high and the reward programm gives almost nothing back. instead of updating the old mobile app so we can finally multitable, they decided to put out this new, more or less bad software. i dont get these guys at all to be honest also why is it so hard to explain what exactly are the changes in the vip club in the email they sent to us?
Although unarguable sad, it's not surprising, really. 888 poker is probably the only poker site with promotions which are encouraging loyal/active players these days. And seeing that for them 2019 was bad in revenues poker-wise, the cutting of the budget for the promos was predictable.
And even after the cut they remain the most generous room - some Poker Club freerolls are left and other daily freerolls are regularly running. No other room give away to players as much.
Well, in theory they were a part of rakeback system, but I doubt that the winning cash players were playing these freerolls either way, maybe only a monthly 100+ one. So for them there is 0 change. Those were either for mtts low stakes regs or all other players as a way to go from zero to hero if you take a good place. And you didn't have to proceed on generating rake in order to get access to those freerolls, you could have reached the highest level a year ago and play only them for the year and win some. Quite generous in the current environment and therefore non-existent anywhere else.Yes you are kind of right. Compared to other sites 888 still has a lot of freerolls. BUT the rake there is very high, higher than on other sites. The club freerolls are also part of the rewards system there. So if you produce a lot of rake and not playing microstakes, those freerolls are like a joke. Now they also changed the bonus system so only losing players can use bonuses. Not like where they are heading and to be honest i think they are a bit deceiving :boring:

As to were they are heading... Well, that's were online poker has been heading towards for some time now, so they are just catching up. Sad reality
I'm not disagreeing that the changes are bad, just wanted to give another perspective on things, as why be mad at something that was and still remains to be better than alternative "offers". I guess, for some players the freerolls are still good, and for all others who think they are too small, it's time to finally accept that you ain't getting any additional buck in online poker no more aside from your own winnings.
Looks like they're monthly now indeed.Well there was a level 50 and 60 freeroll today too... they were back. Saw them last second because i taught they were gone just soon enough to get in.
Maybe it's now once a month?
