What The Duck???
Platinum Level
I found out today that all of the sudden I cannot play at 888 anymore.
Here's the answer I got:
Thank you for contacting 888poker .
Vassilios, unfortunately, our Legal Department has informed us that at this present time, we are restricted from providing our service in your jurisdiction.
Therefore, we have requested a manual withdrawal on your behalf for the remaining $9.09 in your account. Please note that our withdrawal time frame is 3 business days for processing and then an additional 1-2 business days for the funds to reflect on your Neteller account.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards
So sad, as I liked this site as I had liked PartyPoker before which also stopped doing buiseness here some years ago.
Another point of disappointment was the way I got to know about it.
I tried to log in to my account and received an error message. I contacted support and some hours later that was the answer I got. In my opinion, a site that respects its customers should warn them in advance with a deadline announced in a personal e-mail.
Well, I hope that at some point both sites will come to terms with the Gambling Commission as Pokerstars did and they are allowed to offer services in Greece again.
