888 Connection Issues

i just tried to register in the 1000$ level 30 , in 888poker . But there is a probleme , registration time has been started for 12 min now , but no one is registered and when I try to register , the lobby of the tournament doesn’t show the button to register . Anyone facing the same problem ??

When running on windows 10, I've seen various rooms do strange things.
Solution is:
- close all Apps
- restart computer
- open App and log in
- resume the game

I have the same problem the lucky chip freeroll got cancelled as its not showing running status in the lobby.

Just restarting the app is enough already. Then it works.

I couldn't open it today for a few hours,but everything seems fine now.

No I think the problem was in the server, many tournaments wasn’t played because of it

The probleme was in 888 , in the server I think. But now everything is working fine

Yes it s working fine now .

Hmmm, now I became disconnected and can't log in anymore...
As it seems, they have some bigger problems...

Yes same for me , I can t logging to 888 . And I m already registred to some tournaments :/

I m having the same problem.. if this continues 888 will lose hiss credibility

I experienced this already 1-2 times with them. Usually it was no problem afterwards.

Well for me what s happening now is a probleme . If I can t login to my account , if I m already registered in a tournament that I can t access , it is a probleme . What happen afterwards don t concern me ( because I know it happened a lot of times before and it s still happening ) . A real solution must be find and they must reward players if they want them to forget this kind of problems.

I registered for the Think fast 1$, but then i lost connection and it is not possible to log on again.

Yes same problem for me , and this is taking them for ever to fix this situation.

I think the 888 server is having problems. Probably have to wait it out.

Icouldn´t play during the the morning,but now I could play the $50 level freeroll normally.However,there were less players than usual

I just finished the $50 level 5 freeroll. Normally there’s about 2500 players but only 1300 today. Was able to double my winning as only paid out 482 instead of 771. Figured there must have been an issue. Was a nice change though.

Glad to hear that it just was not me that was having trouble. I could not get in for a long time either. When I finally got in the lobby was not updating like it should. Weird !!!!

Yes , well before that 888 felt in this probleme , I did a registration in 1000$ level 30 ( the server couldn’t log me in so i did not play it ) . After things got back to normal, i login I found that I have won 60c in that tournament

Yes that s what happened

it was DOS attack, check your email, there must be a letter from 888 support.

I do not respect this site many say that there is a weak field type you can play plus no it is not so complete mess there is no normal game.

Seems to be down again. Anyone else with trouble now?

someone with a connection problem with 888 was playing now fell in the middle of the tournament and did not come back anymore.

Can you clarify just a bit more of what you are talking about?
Someone connection dropped and then they were kicked from the tourney?
