Is 888 becoming a joke?

Hello everyone, two weeks today I stopped receiving daily spin tickets and cash games rake equivalent tickets, the chat was down so I couldnt contact the support. When they opened the support back I tried to explain the issue, the tickets aren't been delivered, they answered in the most embarrassing way

Promotions are normally limited in time, so if you look at the invitation mail, you will see that this promotion is no longer valid anymore.

Second, the Galaxy of Freerolls has also reached its end. This one has been replaced by the Trails of Fortune promotion now.

Please be aware, that we are not able to grant tickets for freerolls that are not available anymore. Also these tickets can't be replaced by tickets from another promotion.

Please be aware, that all the tickets are freeroll tickets, that means they are granted to you out of our free will.

Freerolls will not be compensated, as there has been no value to them in the first place.

After reviewing your account, I could not find any offered bonus or freeroll ticket you haven't received.

One of the reason Ive chosen to deposit to this room is because of the daily spins and the promos, most of the time the tickets expire without me using them, but if I am raking and hitting the daily spin and not receiving tickets , then thats a problem.
long story short, I received 2xtrail of fortune tickets as everyone else and what I can infer is that 888 is doing us a favor with these freerolls, treating us players like beggars for requesting the very things they wrote black on white on htem ws, it is like F-word you, dont complain and forget about the rake u've made because it is just freeroll tickets and well, F-wordyou.
I can understand that after the promo finished June,7th the 6xVenus tickets cannot be compensated nor 1xNeptune, but what about the 4x1USD blast tickets, the 8 200x5USD blast freeroll and the ones that I continue not receiving after the 7th? raking and staff and not receiving. We are June 13, I should at least have 3xTrails of fortune tickets by now, I have received only one on the day of my complaint.

When I started playing on 888 I did not face any issues regarding tickets but once I did face it and it was a painstaking experience to get the ticket back from the support.
So I would say to keep the Screenshot of the spin if these freerolls tickets really matter to you.

There are two ways you can get a Trails of fortune tickets.
One:
Do any one of the following tasks--- and a ticket will be in your account instantly.
1. Play in 888 casino any game totaling $5/-
2. Play any poker tournaments totaling $3/-
3. Win a hand with KQ in any cash game 2c/5c.

Two:
Spin everyday twice (once with your computer and second with your mobile). You can get trails of fortune ticket or big fish ticket or casino free play or free sports bet or cash or even nothing. These tickets are usually delivered within 48 hours.

All tickets including blast tickets carry an expiry date. You must use them within time limit otherwise they will be gone.
In addition to this, there is one more spin you can get everyday. This spin can be described as rake back spin. It becomes activated when you pay a certain amount of rake while playing. You get the spin next day.
Lastly i must say, 888 Poker is not a joke. They are reliable and trustworthy. And their support system is efficient. What else they can do if you don't use your tickets before expiry?

In my new country of residence (sweden) licensed poker sites are not even allowed to offer any kind of bonuses or freerolls except for an initial sign-up bonus, which for 888 Poker was 20$ worth of tournament tickets, 20$ of casino bonus and 10$ of poker bonus, both of which had to be waged. Other than that there is no "club" collecting coins, no freerolls, no spin of wheel no nothing.

Even so I am still a happy customer. I like their new table layout, and the software seem more stable than before. And apparently they have been a bit creative, since there is a special "trail of fortune" for players in Sweden. Its a daily tournament with a buyin of 1c, which I guess technically mean, its not a freeroll and therefore allowed. But of course it has a massive overly, so its a freeroll in anything but name

Sometimes I also do not understand the conditions of promotions on this site. But it is also obvious that no one is forcing us to play on this site, so I think there is no reason to complain.

888poker is still playable but daily spins is not good like before. I remembered I can get tickets easy everyday sometimes 5.5$ or 16.5 tickets or bonuses 2 years ago , but now mostly I get nothing.

Back to the topic at hand though. I’m on another forum where you hear similar complaining over nothing.

People want to stockpile tickets forever as if they never expire.

I read the 888 reply. One thing that made me laugh. One promotion had ended, replaced by another. We can’t put an old ticket into a new promo

It’s funny to me that they actually had to explain that to someone in so many words.

Never understood why people take the time to acquire tickets (deposits, satellites, promos, whatever).....MAKE ZERO EFFORT TO USE THEM.....and then gripe for replacements.
