Saturday night,I noticed my balance was not right on Heropoker.I did some searching and it shows a transfer was made on march 21,2012.
This is very strange, because I did not transfer any money,or trade money with anyone.I live totally alone,so nobody was on my computer, plus nobody around here even plays poker, online or at home.
My puter is very secure with a paid version of NortonAV 2012,and I have never had a virus on this puter.I also have never gave any passwords to anyone, and if anyone tried to guess it,it should lock my account after several tries?Plus,I use auto-login at startup anyway.
Well,I sent 2 emails to Heropoker so far, with no replys yet.I will let you know how this plays out,but keep a close watch on your merge balances, just in case.

Ok,You guys gott hear this,Here is Heropokers reply,
Dear xxxx,
Thank you for contacting us.
We would like to inform you that after reviewing your HeroPoker account in regards of the $50 taken out from it on March 21st. We found out that we took the $50.00 from your account because it was a pending balance owed in nightmoves39 account, which was closed on that date.

We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter. Your reference ID for this email is xxx; please quote this number in any further communication on this subject.
Kind regards,

The account they are refering to,was an old account I had at pdc poker, that I made back in 2007 or so.
I never deposited,or withdrew from that account, and barely even remember having it.
So,I do not see how pdc poker, can charge me for some reason, and how that an account at pdc poker ,has anything to do with my account at heropoker?
Plus how heropoker could just take money out of my account, without even notifying me.I do not mind paying my bills at all,but I like to know who,and why I am paying someone.
I asked heropoker these questions in a nice way, since I never deposit anywhere until I build up enough freeroll money to cash it out,and I don't deposit then, unless Im required.
So really its all their money we are talking about,I just have play time invested.Im fairly sure merge is behind this somehow, and Im very glad Carbonpoker has their own cashier.I can see why.
I don't think I will be playing much at merge-cashier related sites anymore.Unless they have a dam good reason for taking my $50.Heropoker aint at the top of my list either right now.I will let ya know how this turns out.

Wow, that is a bizarre story...I don't see how it would be possible to have a negative balance in any account. I recommend continued complaint emails.

If you think the merge support is sub par, try talking to cake, they will wear you out, without ever answering your cashier questions.

hero missing money reply,

Well,Heropoker did answer my question,to a degree I guess. So,you guys cn decide for yourself about pdc-heropoker and merge poker sites altogether.
Here is the answer I just recieved,

Dear xxx,
Thank you for contacting us.
According to your account in April 2006 there was a problem with 2 Pre-authorizations, we credited your account with 2 $25.00 deposits but those transactions expired without being settled, so basically you used those funds and then we were not able to collect them until now.

So,the big question is,why would pdc poker give me money, and then ask for it back?..It really does not make any sense. It must of been some hair-brained promo.Plus why would merge cry about this 6 years later?,,lol
Ive made a good bit off merge and I guess they didn't like it or something.Or perhaps merge is gonna leave the usa market and wants to settle up what they can.
At least I have the big question answered, why they took money from my hero account, without any notice. So I guess its a good idea to not let sites give you any money, whatever the promo is..they might want it back and tie up your other merge sites, til they get it back.

Actually this sounds like they're saying you did 2 $25 deposits back in the day that they couldn't get to go through the bank/cc for whatever reason but since you likely lost the funds before they failed to clear they couldn't recover them. Then with the pdc-hero merger they found an account of yours with the funds to cover the issue.

Now that you explain it that way, I under why fund was taken out. Still he should've been notify before any withdrawal was process from his account.

That sorta makes sense, but I sure do not remember doing this transaction...if thats what went down...strange of them to do all this crap at this point in time.
Just another reason the players need real poker regulation. If I owe something,I dont mind paying it..but I do want to know about it..not just take it whenever/however they want.
But,like I said earlier, its freeroll monies anyways..Im not the depositing kind of guy,lol..
