$5,000 superbowl freeroll on Carbon

Hi guys,

I got this email today, If you have a Carbon account, just log in and pick a superbowl winner and if your team wins, you get in the 5K.



Super Bowl Freeroll

Everyone watches the Super Bowl. Why not win entry to a $5K freeroll just for picking the straight up winner? All you have to do is login to your player admin and pick the winner of the Super Bowl between the New England Patriots and New York Giants taking place on Sunday, February 5th. The winners of the Super Bowl pick will receive their coupon for the $5K Freeroll on February 6th.

Hopefully every single player picks the giants and I will be in the freeroll all by myself. I would probably still lose though that's the sad part.

I thought about taking the Patriots, just because I thought most people were going to pick the Giants. Then I remembered that under no circumstances could I find myself rooting for the New England Patriots.

Have no idea who's likely to win so just went for the Giants cos I have family in New York. Carbon seem to be offering more promotions which is good to see.

Guess there's going to be a lot of us in the Giants freeroll! Go G-Men!

Now this would be awesome wouldn't it? LOL Doubt you would be the only one picking the Pats though. Still I got the G-Women in another squeeker because the Pats defense is an issue and Gronk is really hurt no matter what they say.

Don't think I'm a VIP and I could pick a team. Go to your player admin and click promotions from the menu at the top. Superbowl Pick a Winner is the 2nd promotion down on the list. Think it's open to all players so get in there Lark.

Thanks so much, BluffDave! It still wasn't showing on my admin page as an option so I clicked Tournaments on the banner and then clicked player admin from the contest info and--bingo!--I'm in. Rather a circuitous route but I got there thanks to your push.

Voted for the Giants because Mike and all my bros are behind them. I was also born in New York.

LarkMarlow, it's in the VIP Promotions section, but I'm pretty sure I'm not a VIP and it allowed me to choose and participate... maybe if I had chosen the patriots, it wouldn't have allowed me to participate?
