I’m sure any poker stars regulars have seen the pop-ups for this but if you haven’t been on in a while or don’t have a Stars account, there is a nice fat freeroll on this Sunday.
As it says below, all you need is the password that will be announced on their Million Dollar Challenge program on FOX this Sunday.

If you don’t have Stars I’m sure there is a link here somewhere for some extra BB’s, or BP’s. (Bonus bucks, brownie points)

Well naptime is over, have a great weekend everybody.

Chris

I'll probably be watching the show, but not sure about the freeroll.

The field is bound to be HUGE, and the tournament will surely take a very long time.

East coast update:

Its Sunday morning and I just set up the DVR to record the show. I noticed its airing at 2:30PM local NYC area as opposed to 4:30, as indicated on the promo. Its also surrounded by football games which could mean anything goes as far as airtime. If I miss it Ill come-a-beggin for the PW like a scum-a-da-earth PW thief. :listen:

50k max entrants in an hour of registering, only ten pay. $50 for tenth, $20k for first. Somewhat topheavy.

Looks like it will only be paying the top 10 players, with 1st pulling down $20k.

Was just gonna post. Sounds like a fun tournament, im sure its gonna be +100k players

Registrations are limited to 50,000 entries.

I'll probably be watching the show, but not sure about the freeroll.

Not too long at all. It's a 5 minute blind turbo. Last level in the first hour will be 800/1,600 with 150 ante. Surely one of the Kings of Donkaments.

It's a Clint Eastwood/Dirty Harry event ... "Do 'ya feel lucky punk ... well, do 'ya ??" ... :D

I wonder if kid poker will be playing.

How serious CAN we play in a 50,000 entry turbo ... ??? ....

It's all about the 'Lucky [D]uck' ...  :D

'Kid' might be playing if he watches the show to get the password ...
--------------------------------------------------------------

The chance to play for the $25k is really great, but the MDC Challenge itself is hilarious.

You can 'qualify' to play in turbo freerolls by being one of the top 10 of 10,000 to PAY $5 to send in a short video to be screened to see if YOU are 'TV material'. (<< enter Helmuth and Mike the Mouth) ... Then you get to participate in 'Deal or No Deal' / 'Is THAT your Final Answer' type shows to play poker .... HHMMMmmmm... gambling on a 'deal or no deal' answer to play a non-gambling (so they say) poker 'game of skill'. 'Doh .....
