At pokerstars has opened a freeroll tournaments where buyin are tickets, but is not informed how these tickets are won. Could someone tell me?

Sorry if this topic is in the wrong place or if there is already a similarity. I did not find any and decided to create a new one.

Ah. Thank you MarcWantsTowin, it's the giveaway tickets. Regarding the StarCode I think Pokerstars does not have any equal promotion available for this year

I just tried the code and got my ticket.
From what I see, the top 10 get a $10 spin and go ticket and after 30 minutes two tables will be randomly chosen to get tickets as well.
Would it be smarter to start at the beginning and go for the top 10 and hope you are still in it after 30 minutes or would it be better to register after about 28 minutes (there is 40 minutes late registration) and be all but guaranteed a shot at the random tickets, but have a vastly reduced chance at making the top 10?

I'm kind of leaning towards the late reg. There will be up to 18 tickets awarded if the two tables are full and there is still a chance at the top 10 if you can get a bit lucky after the 30 minutes passes.

Players who are at two randomly chosen tables get spin and go freeroll ticket, not $10 ticket. Only top 10 get $10 spin and go tickets.
